For tourism organizations, networks & support programmes

Bring local tourism businesses into view.

TRADEL's organization workspace lets you manage separate Provider Profiles and offers for multiple local tourism businesses from one account. Travellers still see each business as itself.

One account for your network. One identity for each business.

New organization? Contact us first. We set up the workspace once, then your team can add the providers on its own.

The workspace stays behind the businesses.

TRADEL does not turn your whole network into one company page. Each operator, cooperative, stay or local service gets its own public Provider Profile. The organization workspace stays behind the scenes and manages those profiles together.

That matters for businesses with a small digital footprint. A guide may rely on WhatsApp. A family-run stay may only have a basic website. A workshop or rental shop may be useful to travellers without having the time or budget to compete for attention online.

A useful local business should not have to win a marketing contest before travellers can find it.

Set up once. Then add businesses as you go.

The first step is different from the rest. We connect your account to an organization workspace. After that, your team can add the businesses and their offers on its own.

  1. 01

    Set up your organization workspace

Talk to TRADEL once so your account can manage multiple independent businesses.

  2. 02

    Add each business

Create a separate Provider Profile for every operator, cooperative, stay or service you support.

  3. 03

    Add the useful offers

Add the concrete tours, stays, rentals, workshops or services a traveller can actually use.

  4. 04

    Hand over later

A business can claim its Provider Profile with its own account. Your organization can stay connected as a manager.

Repeat steps 2 and 3 for each business you support.

Travellers meet the business, not the administration behind it.

There is no public organization profile in this flow. The workspace is for managing access. The public side belongs to the individual providers.

What travellers see

The individual business

  • Its own Provider Profile
  • Its own location and description
  • Its own concrete offers
  • Its existing website or booking channel can stay

What your team manages

The relationship behind it

  • Several providers from one account
  • Profiles and offers you support
  • More businesses as the network grows
  • Manager access after a business claims its profile

Useful when you already work close to local businesses.

You may call the work market access, member support, destination development or something else entirely. If you already work directly with a group of local tourism businesses, this model may fit.

The providers themselves can be tour operators, stays, rentals, transport services, repair shops, storage businesses, workshops and other local services that are useful during a trip.

Already have the names?

Don't rebuild your business list for us.

Send the list you already use. A business name, website or social page and a contact address are often enough for us to verify the provider and research the rest from public sources.

You can start with a small group too. There is no need to prepare every business before the first one goes live.

A few practical questions.

Can one TRADEL account manage multiple tourism businesses?

Yes. An organization workspace can manage multiple separate Provider Profiles from one account.

Does every business get its own Provider Profile?

Yes. Each provider remains a separate public business on TRADEL. The organization workspace stays behind the scenes.

Can a business take over its profile later?

Yes. A business can claim its Provider Profile with its own TRADEL account. The organization can remain connected as a manager.

Do businesses need to replace their booking system?

No. A provider can keep the website, booking page or other channels it already uses.

What does it cost to start?

There is no setup fee for a Provider Profile. Under the current business listing model, one active Listing per main category is free and no payment details are required to start.

Your network already exists

Let's make the businesses inside it easier to find.

Tell us roughly who you work with and how many providers are involved. If there is already a list, send that instead of preparing something new.
