By registering and using TRADEL you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.
TRADEL provides a mobile application and platform through which users can:
The platform is operated privately and is currently in a beta version.
By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. The platform is not intended for minors.
TRADEL only provides the technical environment through which users can publish listings, create requests and communicate with each other. TRADEL itself is not a contracting party and is not involved in purchase, exchange or service contracts between users. All agreements, payments, warranties and legal obligations rest solely with the users involved. Each person is responsible for complying with the laws applicable to them, including but not limited to consumer, tax, customs and commercial law. TRADEL does not broker, monitor or guarantee transactions and assumes no responsibility for their execution.
All prices in the app are displayed in the currency chosen by the user. Currency conversions are based on daily rates provided by third parties. Due to fluctuations, displayed prices may differ from the actual conversion values at the time of payment. Liability for deviations or inaccuracies arising from exchange rate fluctuations is excluded.
Users can rate each other and write reviews after interactions. These reflect personal opinions and are not verified by the platform. TRADEL may remove abusive, misleading or unlawful reviews.
All content and materials on TRADEL are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Content may not be copied, reproduced or reused without permission.
We only collect the data necessary for operating the platform, including a rough location indicator to ensure local relevance. Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy . We recommend that you do not share sensitive data publicly.
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. Continuous availability is not guaranteed. Features may be updated, changed or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
To the extent permitted by law, TRADEL is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including lost items, data loss, fraudulent exchanges or disputes between users.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TRADEL and the operators from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your use of the platform, the content you publish or your interactions with other users.
In the event of disputes between users or between a user and TRADEL, the parties will first try to reach an amicable solution. If no solution is found, an independent mediation or arbitration procedure may be used before court proceedings, where legally permissible.
TRADEL is not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, strikes, government actions or acts of war.
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply exclusively. Jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in Germany. Mandatory consumer protection provisions at the place of residence remain unaffected.
We may amend these Terms at any time. We will inform you of material changes. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
The platform is currently in a beta phase. Features may be incomplete, unstable or subject to change. Errors, interruptions or data issues may occur. Use during this phase is at your own risk.

These terms apply to verified business providers (“companies”, “business users”) with a business account on TRADEL (“platform”). They govern the use of paid features (e.g. listings, subscription packages, visibility, reporting).
TRADEL provides a hosted intermediary/listing platform. Companies can publish content (listings, profiles). TRADEL is not a party to contracts between companies and end customers and is not a “Merchant of Record”.
Clarification: Companies are solely responsible for consumer protection/ warranty obligations and all mandatory information.
Material changes to price or services will be communicated in advance; a special right of termination applies in case of disadvantages.
Invoice requirements follow § 14 UStG; the company must provide a correct VAT ID where applicable.
A notice-and-takedown process (reporting channel, minimum information, timelines) is maintained.
Presentation is based on technical signals (including location fuzzing, relevance, quality, safety). There is no entitlement to specific placement or performance.
TRADEL currently does not provide detailed performance or usage reports. The following terms are preparatory definitions and may be used for future extended features.
Reporting and analytics features may be activated or expanded at a later date. TRADEL reserves the right to adjust or change definitions and calculation methods. Until these features are actually introduced, the terms used here do not create any entitlement to availability or compensation.
“As is/as available”; no entitlement to specific availability or features. TRADEL may change features, layouts or processes.
Clarification: Maintenance windows/incident communication without SLA guarantee.
No authority to represent TRADEL; anti-corruption clause; disclosure of conflicts of interest.
Automated scraping, mass data retrievals, reverse engineering and circumvention of technical protection measures are prohibited; rate limits must be observed.
Changes take effect for the future; material adjustments will be communicated.
In case of a material deterioration of business services, a special right of termination exists until the changes become effective.
There is no employment, service, commercial agent, brokerage or intermediary contract between TRADEL and participants. Participants do not act in the name of TRADEL and may not give any commitments or guarantees to third parties. All actions are taken in their own name and at their own responsibility.
A newly registered company is considered “verified” once its first subscription payment has been successfully collected and the statutory withdrawal period (maximum 14 days) has expired. Only from this point is the scout reward considered confirmed.
TRADEL reserves the right to temporarily pause or adjust the Scout programme in case of exceptionally high impact or limited resources, in order to safeguard the platform’s operation.
Participants are solely responsible for clarifying and fulfilling any tax, social security or business obligations in their country of residence. Upon request, TRADEL can provide proof of rewards received. TRADEL has no reporting obligation to foreign authorities.
TRADEL is only liable in cases of intent or gross negligence. Participants indemnify TRADEL from third-party claims arising from their behaviour, impermissible statements or legal violations.
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply exclusively. Jurisdiction lies with the competent German courts. Mandatory provisions of the country of residence remain unaffected.
TRADEL may change or discontinue the Scout programme at any time. Material changes will be announced on the Scout page. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.

Campfire is an anonymous chat feature. You can use it without creating an account.
A random identifier is stored on your device to keep your chat session stable. Your profile is stored on this device and synced to enable chats. Deleting browser data removes access to your profile. Recovery is not possible.
We process this data to provide and secure anonymous chat functionality. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest).
Profile and chat data may be automatically deleted after a period of inactivity.
Do not share sensitive personal information. You are responsible for what you post. We may remove content or restrict access in case of misuse.
