TRADEL
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
TRADEL is a travel-focused platform where users can discover and publish listings, create area alerts and requests, communicate through chat and use optional journey features.
TRADEL provides the technical platform only. We are not the seller, buyer, service provider, booking agent, shipper, employer, insurer or contracting party for agreements made between users or with businesses listed on TRADEL.
You are responsible for listings, images, descriptions, prices, profile information and messages that you publish or send. You must have the necessary rights to use that content and ensure that it is accurate, lawful and not misleading.
You keep ownership of your content. You grant TRADEL a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce and display it as needed to operate, secure, improve and promote the Platform and your listing within the Platform.
For publicly visible listing images that do not contain identifiable people, you grant TRADEL a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to reproduce and share those images on the TRADEL website and official social-media accounts solely to promote TRADEL and the relevant listing.
This licence does not apply to images containing identifiable people. You may withdraw it at any time for future marketing use by contacting us. TRADEL will remove the relevant image from TRADEL-controlled marketing content within a reasonable time. On request, we will give credit where reasonably practicable.
After an eligible chat interaction, TRADEL may invite users to rate the other chat participant. Individual ratings and an average rating may be shown in seller details to help users make informed decisions.
Ratings must be honest, relevant and based on your own interaction. TRADEL may remove or limit ratings that are abusive, misleading, retaliatory, fraudulent or unlawful. Ratings are user opinions and are not a guarantee of identity, safety, quality or performance.
TRADEL does not process payments, hold money in escrow, arrange delivery, guarantee bookings or verify the identity, ownership, availability, quality or legality of listings. Prices and currency conversions are informational only and may not reflect the final amount agreed between users.
Any agreement, price negotiation, payment, collection, delivery, service performance, refund, warranty or dispute is solely between the people or businesses involved. Use good judgement when communicating or meeting in person, follow local laws and do not use TRADEL while driving.
Area alerts, map results, listing suggestions and notifications are convenience features. They may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable or inaccurate and do not guarantee that a listing, request, user or service is currently available.
On the Road is optional and is activated only when you deliberately start a journey. It is not a live-safety, navigation, emergency or continuous tracking service. Details of location processing, visibility and your controls are explained in our Privacy Policy.
Business listings and travel tools may link to a provider’s website, contact channel or booking page. Any purchase, reservation, booking or other agreement made with a third party is governed by that third party’s own terms, privacy notice and policies.
TRADEL may receive compensation through advertising or affiliate relationships. Where required or appropriate, promotional or affiliate content is labelled. Businesses are solely responsible for their legal, tax, consumer-information, licensing and local regulatory obligations.

You can report suspected misuse or unlawful content through the tools available in the Platform or by contacting us. We may investigate reports and may remove content, restrict features, suspend an account or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or enforce these Terms.
We do not guarantee that every item of content will be reviewed or removed immediately. If we take a material moderation action affecting your account or content, you may contact us to request a review.
TRADEL is provided on an “as available” basis. We aim to keep it reliable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, preservation of every item of content or availability in every country. We may change, improve, limit or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, technical development or operation.
You can delete your account in the app settings. The handling of data after deletion, including limited retention where required for legal, security or fraud-prevention reasons, is explained in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create a security or legal risk, or misuse the Platform. Where reasonable, we will explain the action taken and give you an opportunity to contact us.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and liability required by mandatory law.
For slight negligence, TRADEL is liable only for breach of essential contractual duties and only for damage that is foreseeable and typical for this type of contract. We are not responsible for disputes, failed transactions, travel decisions, meetings, third-party services, user content or losses caused by another user or provider, except where we are legally responsible.
We may update these Terms where reasonably necessary because of legal requirements, security, technical changes or the development of TRADEL. We will give notice of material changes in an appropriate way before they take effect. Where the law requires your consent, the change will take effect only after that consent has been obtained.
German law applies to these Terms. If you are a consumer who normally lives in another country, mandatory consumer-protection rules of that country remain unaffected. Any agreement on an exclusive place of jurisdiction applies only where legally permitted.

These Business Terms supplement the general TRADEL App Terms for companies and other commercial users. In case of conflict, these Business Terms apply to the commercial feature concerned.
Business access may be available by invitation, approval or self-service activation. TRADEL may request information to verify that a business is legitimate, that the person activating the account is authorised and that the listed service complies with applicable law.
Where a paid plan is introduced, the price, currency, included features, billing interval, renewal terms and cancellation method will be displayed before activation. No payment obligation arises unless the business explicitly chooses a paid plan.
Until paid subscriptions are enabled, any business access made available by TRADEL is free or invitation-based unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Businesses are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, availability, pricing, licensing, consumer information, taxes, insurance, permits, service performance and customer support connected with their listings. TRADEL is not a merchant of record, travel organiser, booking agent or contracting party between a business and its customer.
A business grants TRADEL the rights needed to display its name, logo, listings, images and descriptions within the Platform. TRADEL may remove or limit content that is unlawful, misleading, unsafe, infringes third-party rights or breaches these Terms.
TRADEL may determine how listings are displayed based on relevance, user location, category, quality, safety and technical factors. A business has no entitlement to a particular ranking, reach, number of views, leads, bookings or sales unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
A business may direct users to its own website, contact channel or booking flow where TRADEL allows this. The business is responsible for those external services, their legal notices, privacy information, payment flow and contract terms.
If a future paid plan is not paid when due, TRADEL may limit or suspend the related commercial features after reasonable notice where appropriate. Either party may end a paid plan according to the cancellation terms shown at activation. TRADEL may suspend or terminate access immediately where necessary for security, legal compliance or a serious breach of these Terms.
We may amend these Business Terms for future use where reasonably necessary. Material changes to an active paid plan will be communicated in advance and, where legally required, accompanied by an appropriate right to cancel.
German law applies. For commercial users, the place of jurisdiction is Germany where legally permitted.
Campfire Chats lets visitors start anonymous conversations. It is not an emergency, dating, safety or professional advice service.
A random identifier is stored on your device to keep a chat session stable. Optional profile details are stored locally and synchronised where needed to enable chat. If you delete relevant browser data, access to that anonymous profile may be lost and recovery may not be possible.
We process this information to provide, maintain and secure anonymous chat functionality and to prevent misuse. Further information is available in the Privacy Policy.
Profile and chat data may be removed automatically after inactivity, when technically necessary, or when required for safety, legal or operational reasons.
Do not share sensitive personal information, use Campfire to harass, threaten, discriminate against or deceive others, or post unlawful content. We may remove content or restrict access in case of misuse.
