Explore the Benagil caves on a guided 1-hour 30-minute stand-up paddle tour with Blue Xperiences. The experience starts at Benagil Beach and is open to beginners, with a certified local guide teaching the basic paddle technique before entering the water. The tour includes board or kayak and paddle, life jacket, guide and insurance, a dry bag for electronics plus free GoPro photos and videos. A wetsuit is available on request. Participants should arrive at Benagil Beach around 20–30 minutes before the scheduled start. Minimum age is 12.
