Everest Base Camp Trek – 12 Days Join Mountain Hike Nepal for a 12-day trek to Everest Base Camp. We are a local trekking company based in Kathmandu, Nepal. This trek follows the classic Everest route, with two acclimatization days to help you adjust to the altitude. Itinerary: Day 1: Fly from Kathmandu or Ramechhap to Lukla and trek to Phakding. Day 2: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar. Day 3: Acclimatization day in Namche Bazaar, with a short hike to nearby viewpoints. Day 4: Trek to Tengboche and visit the famous monastery. Day 5: Trek to Dingboche. Day 6: Acclimatization day in Dingboche, with a short hike for altitude adjustment. Day 7: Trek to Lobuche. Day 8: Trek to Gorakshep and visit Everest Base Camp (5,364m). Day 9: Early morning hike to Kala Patthar (5,644m), then descend to Pheriche. Day 10: Trek to Namche Bazaar. Day 11: Trek back to Lukla. Day 12: Fly from Lukla to Kathmandu or Ramechhap. The main trekking route is Lukla – Phakding – Namche Bazaar – Tengboche – Dingboche – Lobuche – Gorakshep – Everest Base Camp, returning through Pheriche and Namche Bazaar. Duration: 12 days / 11 nights. Included: Round-trip Lukla flights, teahouse accommodation during the trek, breakfast, lunch and dinner during trekking days, a licensed English-speaking trekking guide, porter support, required trekking permits, and guide and porter wages, meals and accommodation. Not included: International flights, Nepal visa, travel insurance, Kathmandu hotel accommodation and meals outside the trek, personal expenses, snacks, drinks, hot showers, Wi-Fi, charging fees and tips. Lukla flights depend on weather and operating conditions. Flights may operate from Ramechhap instead of Kathmandu during certain periods. Please allow extra days after the trek before your international departure. Travel insurance covering high-altitude trekking and emergency helicopter evacuation is essential.
